Problem Converting Hapmap to VCF

to TASSEL - Trait Analysis by Association, Evolution and Linkage

Hi All,

I don't get any error for converting Hapmap to VCF in the Tassel.

Also, when I open the converted VCF file with notepad locally, everything seems to be fine, but when I want to open that VCF in TASSEL, it shows nothing....Please see the photo.

Any advice is MUCH appreciated.
