Dear all
I have been using extensively MDS. However, I do not know how to find or calculate the % to the variance explained by each PC, as it can see with the PCA.
I would really appreciate any hint on this.

The short answer is that you cannot get percent variance explained from MDS. While MDS is similar to PCA, it is different enough that the eigenvalues cannot be interpreted in the same way.
