Hi, everyone!
I have tried to code SSR alleles based on https://bitbucket.org/tasseladmin/tassel-5-source/wiki/UserManual/Load/DataFAQ , but I still find it difficult at formatting and I do not find the answer yet in this group conversation. Here is my best try.

- Do I score/code my marker data correctly?
- How I score/code the absent allel?
- How I name the header which contain more than 1 marker which are multi-allelic
