hapmap format data import error

Hello,

I did not use TASSEl for a while. Not sure what is changed recently as far as data format. Unable to import hapmap formatted SNP data.

What is wrong with the attached data?

I think it just needs to be converted from an Excel file to a tab delimited file. You could do that in R like this:

library(readxl)

df <- read_excel("~/Desktop/HapmapConversion/rst_snp_hapmap.xlsx")

write.table(df, "rst_snp_hapmap.hmp.txt", sep = "\t", quote=FALSE, row.names = FALSE)

and the output is attached

The one I sent you is from excel, but I was not trying to import directly try from excel. Rather 1st I saved it as table delimited file and then tried to import into TASSEL. It did not work. I will try to save it from R if it works in that way.
