Hello everyone,
I will perform a STRUCTURE analysis for the SNP marker file of the genotypes I sent to DArT for exome sequencing. I have always analyzed 0, 1, and missing data in STRUCTURE software. However, the current file contains 0, 1, 2, and missing data. What is the difference between 1 and 2? Could it be related to the number of alleles? In addition, how do I analyze this data in STRUCTURE?
