Hi there,

I use Tassel version 5.2.18 to make NJ phylogenetic tree on hapmap input file. I'm curious, can i add bootstrap values on those tree in Tassel or i have to use an external software for that?

Thank you in advance,
Regards,
Denis

Hi, Denis.

I asked the same question here a while ago and the answer was to use
external software - I used "TreeBeST":

Hi Tony,

Thank you for your response. Besides of "TreeBeST"  you recomended me i'm also considering the "SNPhylo" software.

Thank you again,

Denis

Hi, Denis.

I looked at "SNPhylo" - I thought it was quite interesting, but a lot
more complicated to use than "TreeBeST". I also tried using "RaxML", on
simple concatenations of SNP's as 'alignments', but had severe problems
with the ascertainment bias correction causing core-dumps and gave up!

I'd be interested to know how you get on with "SNPhylo"/

Bye,
