Greetings Tassel Google Group,

I have a file.hmp.txt , that loaded without errors to Tassel .The same file I am saving it as a file.vcf . However there are errors when using this:

the errors = number of lines in file.vcf ; below I exemplify an error

expected 10 : 56979799 , but provided [10-56979800]

etc...

Since in my previous post I had errors using beagle , I wander how the above info can help beagle errors.
