To all TASSEL community,

I am reading this article :

and here is a statement about heritability computation with TASSEL:

Q1 ==> Is there any threshold for h value for the MLM analysis to be valid ?

Q2 ==> Is there a way to compute H [ Broad-sense heritability, defined as H2 = VG/VP ] based on MLM results ??

by including covariates of distance matrix ?
