Hapmap file generation

Hello, 

I am new to TASSEL 5 and I want to do some analysis using it but the file I have is .txt and it opens in  TASSEL 5 the software accepts the file but i want to convert it into file with .hmp.txt so would you please give me a helping hand on how to convert to that file format.

Did you try: file >>open as >> Hapmap (format)?
