hapmap data import error

to TASSEL - Trait Analysis by Association, Evolution and Linkage

Hello,

This is my first time trying to use TASSEL. I prepared the data in excel (see attachment 1) and coverted it to hapmap file using the R code below.

> write.table(OSNPD, "rst_snp_hapmap.hmp.txt", sep = "\t", quote=FALSE, row.names = FALSE)

however when I try to import hapmap file to TASSEL it gives an error (see attachment 2). I am unsure about this error. could you please help.

Please check the line starting with "BOPA1_7712-674".
The position can't be set to "NA"
