Error in obtaining manhatan Plot. Continue

Hi.

I am running a MLM analysis in a set of data containing almost 10,000 markers and 384 individuals. I am successful in obtaining the statistics, but when I try to build the Manhattan Plot  graphic, I am noticed it was “Unable to create Manhattan plot java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 23”. I am using Tassel 5.2.34 (refreshed today, March, 2, 2017). I am also successful in running Manhattan plot with other data sets (with less markers). What can I do to build the Manhattan plot with my data?
