Currently we have opening in the following

Deductions is an amount deducted by the customer against an
Invoice for the following 4 major reasons:- Invoice billed in excess, Goods
returned back to EATON by customer, Shortage on goods delivered, Excess freight
charged on invoice accounts. Receivable is the extended arm of
Deductions.
Contacting Eaton customers for getting back-up documents for the
short payments made
Follow-up with customer for collection on denied
deduction
Follow-up on the intercom any receivables
Resolve intercompany
deductions
Identify invoice numbers for the payment made and send it to cash
allocation team for application
Perform root cause analysis on the short
& excess payments
Monthly reporting of metrics and
performance.
Collections Analyst: - Position would be responsible for
providing professional and pro-active back office service and support to the
Manager and the collection department. The main focus will be on credit check,
reporting, data maintenance and back office collection activities. Make
collection calls to collect Eaton Hydraulics Accounts Receivable (monies due),
and keep customer accounts current. Provide financial order management support
to control credit exposure, timely payment, and minimize risk
Pricing :- The
incumbent would work on the 'Rebates Process' for the North American
distributors. Is responsible for analysing rebate approvals, validating sales
data from distributors and processing rebate payout reports.
Approval of
rebates is done for one year time frame and requires an analysis of the
profitability of each product based on projected volumes, standard costs,
distributor costs and end customer selling prices.
Renewal of rebate
contracts involves historical data analysis for each distributor and end
customer for actual volumes and profitability.
The position will entail
direct interaction with North American distributors over email and phone. The
work timing will necessarily be in the US shift time.
Good analytical
skills, understanding of profitability assessment and good communication in
English, both verbal and written is essential to the profile.
Customer
Support: - Provides Eaton customers, distributors, end users, potential
customers and Field Sales with product, delivery, pricing, claims/returns and
program information. Manages customer orders, including order entry and order
changes. Expedites orders and shipments with operations. Responsible for
maintaining accurate customer information, validating price, verifying order
terms and conditions, confirming routing rules and entering shipment, quantity
and date information. Emphasis is on world-class customer service that is a
competitive weapon and contributes to the growth of the business.
