VIT 2.0.0 release

Ladies and gentlemen,

After six months of work, and a long-ish 4 month alpha/beta release cycle, I am pleased to announce the first official release of VIT 2.0.0!

VIT has been completely rewritten from the ground up in Python, and is easily installable via the PyPi package manager: https://pypi.org/project/vit/
