Suggestions for the notice of the mailinglists on the website

Hey,

I have two suggestions:


* To join the mailing lists, a google account isn't neccesarily needed.
One can send a mail to e.g.
taskwarrior-u...@googlegroups.com
to join it. I estimate that this is widely unknown, therefore i
suggest to include a notice on
https://taskwarrior.org/docs/contribute.html

* I found the mailinglists just by accident, by clicking around. I would
have expected a link in the "Email" section of this page
https://taskwarrior.org/support/ - so i suggest to add a notice for
the existence of the mailinglists
there.
