Hi all!
I added a small update to the command definition document.
First I reformatted the document such that each sentence is on a
separate line which makes references easier.
Second I added a draft for a command 'annotate' (lines 237 - 243). An
open - and not documented - question here is how to store this data.
Concerning the tag definition: I would combine lines 67-69 to
A `tag` is a `word` which is used to label an `interval`.
Maybe move the expression "lexical token that is at least one
non-whitespace character or a quoted phrase" (line 66) to the word
definition in lines 24-25.
