TW status report

Hey guys,

we discussed with Paul that it might be a good idea to do a weekly report to see how things are going, what are the pressing issues and coordinate efforts.

=== Week of 17/02 ===

* Paul: Working on fixing remaining taskwarrior issues to get our test suite green. This will help us accept more external contributions easily, leveraging the CI service I set up at the beginning of the year.

* Tomas: Attempting to fix holidata generation. Volunteers to help write country specifications  welcome. We are already behind (no holidata files available for 2019).

* Svij: Finishing static website generation migration for taskwarrior.org

I like the idea, although weekly progress is a bit too fast for me
(sometimes). But I add my few points:

* Thomas:
- Completing the 1.2.0 milestone for Timewarrior
- Overhauling man pages
- Fixing CI - mainly for gentoo and Mac OS X which are still broken
but also for the rest which needed a set timezone.
A first fix/workaround is in place, but I would like to put this
on more solid ground (e.g. test for multiple timezones)
- Planning the upcoming 2.0.0
- This includes contemplation about the interface to TW
(aka the on-modify.hook), reports in general, shell-completions
and other external stuff (that could come from the commuity)
