VIT 2.x beta1 ready for wider testing

About four months ago, I took on the task of re-writing the venerable VIT TaskWarrior frontend (https://github.com/scottkosty/vit/tree/2.x) in Python, and today I'm happy to announce that the first beta release is ready for wider testing!
