Automated installation of Taskwarrior for Windows.

Hi, I am grateful for taskwarrior, and the effort put in. I found installing taskwarrior in a synced setup across multiple devices very challenging and I am not alone in that:

A painter could potentially also benefit from using taskwarrior yet I don't think she/he should become half-computer-scientist/put in so much time to learning things about software systems to be able to install and use it.

Hence, I automated the installation process to install taskwarrior on a Windows computer via WSL to a double click and a few questions about the intended configuration in human readable (English) format. It is far from complete: https://github.com/a-t-0/Taskwarrior-installation/issues meaning, the exporting of the certificates for the other devices is currently not yet functioning. In November I will work on that.

I thought it might be convenient to post it here, so that either it can be enhanced or could potentially save double work for someone intending to do the same. Hopefully it benefits someone! Once again thank you for your awesome work!
