New bugfix version: 0.6.5

Hello all,

I fixed some bugs. I knew of them quite long ago, but I did not take
the time until now to fix them. They weren't very annoying, and did
not block me at ts usage; I also got very few complains, so I guess it
is all fine.

Changelog since 0.6.4:
v0.6.5:
- Fixed a problem that -c and -t, if their pipe was broken, they remained.
- Fixed a problem (maybe some copypaste once?) on -l, that created
always an error msg.
- Adding the possibility of limiting the amount of ts connections (TS_MAXCONN)
