New release 0.7.1, security bugfix

Hello,

as announced in the previous letter, there was a security hole in ts. At most,
that person could have seen what commands you queued, I think.

That's the big patch:

Feel free to update to 0.7.1. Notice that users of 0.6.x will notice a protocol
change; you'll have to kill your old servers (ts -K) before running the new ts.
