IIS problem

I have webapi controller which create/enable/disable tasks in windows scheduler, but then problem i faced is next, everything works locally on my test machine, but as soon as i deploy it on server, it does not works, crashes, and I suspect that it is connected with permissions, is there any workaround this? (exception is (48,4):Task: )

but ..need to create custom account for this purpose only
