Hello Aasia,
[Export tasks data]
or
[Display tasks page]
and the [Back] button on the "Display tasks page" should take you back to that menu.
If the [Back] button does not work, it is possible that you have;
- Disabled JavaScript
- Arrived at the "Display tasks page" without following the normal program flow (i.e., going directly to a URL rather than selecting from the menu)
If JavaScript is disabled, the menu page displays a message at the top of the page stating
Javascript must be enabled for full application functionality
GTB functions that rely on JavaScript include;
- Display of help messages
- Choosing a date to filter by when displaying tasks
- Printing the task list
- Going back to the menu after displaying tasks
If you have disabled JavaScript and are using the Google Chrome browser, you can enable JavaScript just for GTB & GTI by going to Settings and clicking "Show advanced settings" then click on [Content Settings] and under "JavaScript" click on [Manage exceptions...]
Under "Hostname pattern", enter
and press <Tab> and ensure that "Behaviours" is [Allow]
Press <Tab> again and enter
and press <Tab> and ensure that "Behaviours" is [Allow]
Click [Finished].
You will need to reload GTB after enabling Javascript
If you really don't want to use JavaScript with GTB, you can manually return to the menu page after displaying taks by using the browser [Back] button, or going directly to
but I do strongly recommend enabling JavaScript to enable to full functionality of GTB.
To import tasks, go to
JavaScript MUST be enable to import tasks. See above for instructions on allowing JavaScript just for GTB & GTI.
I hope this helps.
Kind regards,
Julie Smith
