If a user is not logged in, or has multiple Google accounts, Google redirects the user to
https://accounts.google.com to handle the login and authorization process.
That message indicates that you had some form of network problem that prevented your browser from accessing
https://accounts.google.com This is not a problem with GTB, so unfortunately there is nothing that I can do to help you here. The problem could be anywhere from how DNS is configured on your computer, to a problem with your Internet service provider.
If it is a problem with your ISP, hopefully it is a temporary problem that has already been resolved.
