Making Howto for a multi project taskjuggler server - please review

Hi,

I am using taskjuggler for an initial project plan for a few years and
I really like it. Now I want to use it also for tracking to use all the
power of taskjuggler I can find in the docs.

My collogues also tried taskjuggler but had problems to make
the tracking with email support to work; so they went back to their
table sheets and access databases. That is why I decided to write a
howto for this issue, so that all can benefit.

I attached the (alpha state) howto to this email. I have to admit that
I am not sure if I understood the taskjuggler docs correctly - please
feel free to correct me :)

Also it would be nice to know if that state is fully correct or if
important parts are missing. Especially the email setting for sending
(username, password, encryption) setting are still a big question mark
for myself. (More open questions inside the howto are marked with Q: )

One question: since You (obviously) already set up a server maybe You can send me a sample of a timesheet which the workers would have to fill out?
