Timesheet booking "outside" project: ]project-open[ - TaskJuggler Interface

Hi Chris and all,

We are currently updating the ]project-open[ (https://www.project-open.com) export
interface to TaskJuggler (https://www.project-open.net/en/package-intranet-taskjuggler). The interface creates a .tjp based on a ]po[ project schedule (defined using an interactive Gantt editor...), time sheet hours and vacation planning and runs TaskJuggler. In a second step ]po[ offers to parse the TJ3's CSV report in order to import the schedule.

Hour bookings for example in pre-sales can happen before the official start of a project. Some resource may have contributed to an "early start". Or the official start of a project may have been delayed.

In all of these cases the actual delivered hours will be excluded from TaskJuggler reports, leading to incorrect results.

Is there a recommended way to work around this, without changing the start-
and end-dates of the project?
