Dear all,

I have been using taskjuggler (2.4.3) for quite a few time now. I love
it, but I find the time tracking quite time consuming.
I'm using an external program (Baralga) to track the efforts and then
I import the results (once per week) back into TJ.

Do you have any suggestion?

Thank you very much, best regards.
Benoît

Hard to say without knowing what exactly the problem is. Gathering
project status and keeping the project plan up-to-date is certainly
time consuming, not matter what tool or process you use.

TaskJuggler3 has several improvements in this area that may be
helpful. See http://www.taskjuggler.org/tj3/manual/Day_To_Day_Juggling.html#Recording_Progress
for details.
