limits

Dear all,

I have a question concerning "limits" used in the resource definition.

Since resources can be more or less available during the project, is
it possible to specify any validity period to "limits"?
As an example, r1 is available 35h per week from 2011-05-06 to
2011-05-30, while he is available only 10h per week from 2011-06-01 to
2011-06-10.

TJ3 supports limits that can be restricted to certain time periods.
This works for all limits.
