TaskJuggler III has recently seen a lot of progress and it's time for
a new release. It's another alpha release, so use it with care. The
scheduling results have not yet been validated much. If you are
looking for stable software for production use, please stick to
TaskJuggler 2.4.3 for now.

The biggest change of this release is the new syntax for reports. It
is incompatible with earlier TaskJuggler releases, but it is a lot
more powerful. You can now not only nest report definitions to use
inheritance, but reports can also be composed of other reports.
