Upcoming maintenance of TaskJuggler server

Hi,

I'll be doing some software upgrades on the main TJ server tomorrow.
This will affect the web server, the old forum archive and the
taskjuggler.org mail traffic. If all goes well, the downtime should
not be more than an hour or two.
