SR-ROC, WPC, and NWC,

We received a tasker from Ken's staff requesting the following information due by Noon Friday, May 22nd so he can share them with Sen. Cruz.

1) Proactive deployments - what are we doing?
2) Predicted rainfall for Texas and any useful statistics
3) Any other information regarding the rainfall/impacts for Texas deemed pertinent.
