I was wondering if there is any intention/possibility of having Tasker
able to control the phone's network mode (Settings > Wireless Controls
> Mobile Networks > Network Mode)?
Not sure what options are normally available, but I have the following
on my rooted X10a:
- WCDMA only
- GSM only
- GSM / WCDMA preferred
It would be wonderful to have control over this setting as I could
drop the phone into "GSM only" when the battery gets low to preserve
power (for example).
