to Tasker - Feature Requests
First let me start by saying how much I love Tasker and am more amazed
by it every day as I learn it's features and how to implement them.
What I'm suggesting here I believe would help greatly with making
complex profiles and making sure they are working the way you intend
or figuring out why they are not working.

Currently when you have a multi-context profile, its not activated
until all context have been met, and the profile is then listed in the
notification area and is highlighted in green on the main Tasker
screen. Instead, I think it would be helpful if each context was
highlighted individually as they are activated, then highlight the
entire profile when all context are met.

Some context are no brainers, like time or day of week, but things
like location are not so cut and dry. I could be going the wrong
direction, but I have some profiles that start with a 2km radius net
location, and then look for a more precise WIFI near, and sometimes
they are not activated when they should be, it would be nice to easily
see what context is missing.

A workaround for the net location question I have come up with is to
create a second location context with the same footprint that simply
sets a variable to true, that way I can tap a widget and check the
value or look in the notification area, but that in itself is a
negative to the workaround because I end up with two profiles in the
list that are basically saying the same thing.
