I'm thinking that the idea of using one of those dedicated feature
request systems would probably be something you want to implement,
then users can vote for existing feature requests and it'll be easier
to choose which ones to develop as a priority? :)

UserVoice is great, although is almost required to get a paid plan.

Maybe Google Moderator? It's less complicated and polished, but it works.
