How can I turn on gps by tasker not through sercure setting

I think tasker can  turn on GPS function its self, not through any plugin because app Macrodroid can do this 

and tasker is better one why tasker can not turn on GPS without plugin @@

Tasker can't do it because the Tasker developer hasn't taken on the challenge of finding (and maintaining) whatever solution Secure Settings and Macrodroid found.  Nor do I think he should.  Since secure settings provides a solution that works for Tasker, I think time would be better spent coding things that Tasker can't otherwise do.

Yeah, I used to spent hours looking for holes in Android to enable this kind of stuff, but after years of Google blocking the holes where
it finds them and users complaining about the functionality disappearing I decided to stick mostly to officially sanctioned APIs,
especially where there's a plugin.

You should really consider getting the AutoInput plug-in. In my opinion it is a MUST HAVE plug-in for any serious Tasker user. Without AutoInput it takes me 7 taps to turn on GPS. With AutoInput I do it with 1 tap plus launch my maps app. There is a 7 day free trial. Try it. At $1.35 US it's a bargain.
