Logcat capture not working

Hallo

I have a unrooted Poco with Android 15 and want to register failed login attempts.

I have fingerprint, face unlock and also a pattern device login.

I found this Topic: Detect failed login attempts and tried to create it on my phone.
But when I start the Helper, I get that toast:

Logcat Capture - No permission to start Logcat Monitor with ADB Wifi

and nothing is captured.
How can I monitor the Logcat on my unrooted phone anyway?

If that is only possible with an adb permission command, which is gone after a reboot, I think it is of no use, because I want to log especially those failed login attemts when the phone is started.
