Help with adding new tasks to existing profile

Hi - I have created a profile in Tasker. It has 2 tasks already
associated with it, but I would like to add a third task to the
profile. How do I do that? I can't figure out how I added the second
task. Thanks

You can only have a single enter and a single exit task for each
profile (there are a couple of exceptions where you can have 2 enter
tasks).

If you need more, you have to do it by adding a Perform Task action
somewhere in the enter task
which calls whichever other task you want to add. Perform Task is in
the Tasker category.

I accidentally created a profile with 2 entry tasks. What are the exceptions that allow such scenario? I understand this may not be a good idea, still, would like to know for completeness.

From the "Main Screen" section of the user guide:

A task indicated with a green, right-pointing arrow is an entry task, executed when the profile first becomes active.
A task indicated with a red, left-pointing arrow is an exit task, executed when the profile becomes inactive again.
Exception: a profile containing an event context or a repeating or non-ranged time context has two green arrows, to denote that both tasks are executed immediately because the profile activation and deactivation is instantaneous.
