Automatically Turn Bluetooth On?

Is there a way I can make Tasker automatically turn on/off Bluetooth?
I was thinking that if I could have Bluetooth automatically turn on
whenever I had the phone connected to external power (via micro USB),
and turn off when disconnected from external power, I would be able to
use save battery power without having to remember to turn Bluetooth
off every time I exited my car.
