I have a simple "Get Location" profile that is mentioned on the wiki and many other places.
Everything works as expected for the most part, except for the output SMS message does not come in as a clickable link.
My MMS client splits up the link at the question mark and the comma: http://maps.google.com?q=12.34567890,-12.34567890
This leaves me with an empty link to maps.google.com, and what my phone think are 2 phone numbers. I understand that this is a problem with how my phone is handling the text, I am wondering if there is a way to send a hyperlink in an SMS through tasker? In the same fashion as this: Click Here
I have tried sending the link through "is.gd" to shorten the URL which as been outlined on this forum but couldn't get that to work at all, would still get the same message as before, split in the same places. Did not send the shortened URL as expected.
Any help appreciated.

I don't think that is taskers problem, I think that is the way your cellphone is reading the link

I know, I am wondering if tasker can send a hyperlink, instead of a block of text that should be handled as a hyperlink

Didn't work :( tasker must not recognize those commands, just returned exactly what I typed in with my actual location. Thank you though

or the MMS client doesn't recognize what tasker is trying to do, I'll try to figure out which ends is having the problem

I'm definitely leaning towards this not being possible at all. I think my best bet will be trying to figure out how to have Tasker use goo.gl or something similar to shorten the URL.
Use of "is.dg" has been outlined somewhere but I couldn't get that to work for me
