How to play/pause a youtube video

Well off course using tasker. But without using "input tap x y" commands

I'm trying to build a one button control for my smartwatch.
To tap the button on my watch to control whatever i'm running on my phone.
So turning the page when reading an ebook. Play/pause youtube app. Ect.
But also to control on another android machine.
All just for OneButton
