Birthday SMS wish for calendar automatically.

Hi,

Dont know if it's possible. Would like to ask the community however :)

I want tasker to send an Birthday wish automatically by using the calendar entry and fetching the number from the contact (Phone Book).

one way is for me to add it manually and trigger it on the day.

but what i want is it should check the calendar entry by itself and trigger the SMS as my calendar keeps adding and subtracting entries :)

Any approach, idea?

Just an idea which can be done simply with tasker without any other plugins.  Setup google calendar with repeat yearly birthday.  Also add to the calendar first trigger word for example "Birthday" then Name "John" and Phone number.  Setup tasker to pull daily your calendar.  If Birthday word triggered then get name and phone number.  Split all that info and add your custom sms text.  Send SMS to phone number with your custom sms text.  Simple and easy.  You can find some examples http://tasker.wikidot.com/
