Export app "package name invalid" error

Firstly, can I just say; this application has changed my life and it's so nice to see such helpful support available, especially Pent. I wish this application all the future success possible and will eternaly sing it's praises.
So, a very quick question that hours of advanced search tactics has yet to answer. Appologies if I'm being dumb but I'm really strugling with App Factory whereby regardless of what name I provide when exporting the task in Tasker, I always seem to get the "package name invalid" error.

I've cleared some caches, etc but to no avail. Can anyone kindly tell me why it won't accept anything, eg: com.metamobile.metaviber

Try your email or something specific to you. I just use com.myemail.myprojectname and I never have any issues. If anything try uninstalling and reinstalling the app factory.

Another thing, what android version and what Tasker version? Rooted, custom ROM?

Many thanks for your swift response. As per usual for me and the hours I spend troubleshooting, I always miss the simple stuff! I skipped the reinstall step as it had only very recently been installed in the first place. Guess something conflicted with it as that seems to have done the trick. I'm now a happy happy man.
