Autocast doesn't work - Cast my android 'desktop' task

My situation:

- When my doorbell app gives me a notification there's a bell, the app shows a notification

- I want to open the app upon this notification (works fine with tasker)

-> app starts showing doorbell video

But then, I want to cast this doorbell video to a chromecast device. Ideally all chromecast devices I have (I have 3)

-> Autocast refuses to install from play store (not suitable for your phone)

Installing autocast manually, sideload works I guess.

Creating an autocast task works, but it says "first available cast device" only - I would've liked to actually cast to a specific device.. I imagine maybe this list not being populated already means autocast indeed doesn't work.

And then, well upon doorbell the app opens but no casting happens. 

Help? Any other options? Using autoinput feels too hacky (plus capturing inputs is somewhat of a security risk)
