You can sort of do it via AutoInput.The part that won't work is Tasker cannot monitor the Chrome URL for you BUT when you are on a wiki page, you can activate a task, e.g. via a hardware button or via a custom notification, to get the URL, rename it and then paste it back to the search bar using AutoInput.

When you enter/press "https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tasker_(application)" into Chrome, when this page is blocked, does this link in the search bar stay the same? Or do you actually get directed to another URL?
I see. If that is the case, my suggestion should work.
