Hi
I noticed that on export of a Task, in the XML I have a field:

<code>...</code>

where the Action is defined, e.g. for an IF Action:

<code>37</code>

or for a Termux Tasker Plugin Action:

<code>1256900802</code>

or:

<code>548</code>

for a Flash Action, etc.

It seems to me that these codes are somehow hardcoded as numbers in Taske (instead of beeing hardcoded as speaking variables).
Is there a  list of all these codes for any Action I can find somewhere?

Is every action's code the same on any Tasker install (direct purchase or GP version)?
Thank.frank

I could elaborate it myself, by creating a Task with any Action in the Action List and then exporting it as XML.
That would be a very long Task :)
In a small version I had to do it already, when I  switched today from the DP (Direct Purchase) to the GP (Google Play) version of Tasker. I had then this error:

Error
Missing action of type 423

I thought this must be some of the encryption Actions, which are missing in the GP Tasker. So I created a Task with every Crypt-Action in the list and exported it. 423 is the last in the list of Crypt Actions (Set Key or something).
All Crypt codes are (along the list of Crypt Actions):  437, 429, 435, 428, 434, 436 and 423.
I had to delete all DP-Tasker-Crypt-Actions and then only I could switch. I do encryption now with my new Termux-Tasker-gpg-Encryption-Task (see: HowTo: Encryption of files or folders in Tasker with Termux gpg).

But maybe there is already somewhere a list with all codes?

Check them out here: https://tasker.joaoapps.com/code/ActionCodes.java :)
Hope this helps! :)
