Prevent webscreen position from shifting up when keyboard is open?

I'm using the webscreen preset that enables swipe commands by adding thin overlay right above the nav bar, but when I open the keyboard the overlay shifts up to follow it, instead of staying at the bottom of the screen where it belongs.

Any ideas?

I should also note that showing a Tasker scene as an overlay doesn't exhibit this behavior.
