I recently had to reset my phone. I reinstalled Tasker and now want to import a Tasker backup file.
I've searched my entire phone but cannot find the Tasker app folder. Is it hidden? Tasker installed
properly and is working. I've created one profile and it works. The old install had had a folder named
Tasker and in that folder were other folders for imports and exports.

If you wiped your phone without taking any config files off it (e.g. to an external storage
card), then the Tasker backup is likely deleted too.

Thanks for the reply Pent. I found a backup file on my PC dated 6/3/2014. I was hoping that I might be able to recover some of my projects and profiles from that file.
Considering all the upgrades since that time period I know it's unlikely but I thought I would try. So were is the Tasker folder?

Sounds like the OS determines the install location not the developer. I did find a Tasker reference on the SD card however I found no Tasker files under that folder. I'm stumped. Should I uninstall Tasker remove the SD card and reinstall?

Sorry, I don't understand what you hope to achieve. If you wiped the device, you probably wiped
the 'internal SD' (/sdcard) as well.

You can put your userbackup.xml from the PC on the phone storage then restore from that if you
have nothing more recent.

It turns out the the Tasker folder appeared after I enabled Tasker backups and logging. The folders for importing projects, profiles, and tasks excluded.
It's likely that I could create these folders by exporting Tasker projects, profiles, and tasks. Still not sure why I couldn't see the folder before doing the above.
Also the install location was on the phone storage and not the sdcard. Just in case your interested.
