dual sim settings

hi folks,

samsung android phones here, not rooted, was wondering about the following use case scenario:

Dual SIM phone, when traveling to e.g. country1 I want SIM2 to be the one that does all the calls, sms, and data, also I need to select a specific mobile network provider.

When travelling to country2 I want SIM1 to take care of all calls, data and sms and select a specific provider.

Can tasker check in which country e.g. by gps it is located, e.g. after I turn off flightmode and then automatically do the settings i pre-specified above?

if not would anyone know if this is possible at all?
