Tasker location based profiles not working.

Hello!

After I update to the Tasker latest version, location based profiles not trigger. Why is that? Are there any way to fix it? If I use Google maps, it shows my current location correctly (with and without GPS).

Can you provide more information? Device? ROM? Android version? Tasker version? How is your location profile set up? Does it matter if GPS is on or off? WiFi on or off?

Here's my details.

I have WT19i. The ROM is CM10 (Extended), Android version: - 4.1.2 (JZO54K), Google Play shows I have a latest version (I guess it's 4.0u1). Looks like this is not the GPS or data connection issue. If I use GPS test plus, it shows my device connected more than 5 satellites, also Google maps shows my current location. Also Tasker detect my location correctly using WiFi connections. If I enable GPS, Tasker can't find my current location.

Tasker also detect my current location without any issue. For an instance when I'm at the home, Tasker home profile, location map highlighted my current location in yellow color. But the problem is tasker not activate that profile.

Is the context just a location context and nothing else? If it has any other contexts, remove them and see if it works. Also, try increasing the radius to see if that has any effect. Beyond that, it might be a ROM problem.

sorry, i play with "map", checkmark satelite and traffic work, checkmark traffic and it will show my sattelite wiev.
next problem, do not know syntax input of lat./long. always error message when i wrote , %LOCN1,%LOCN2 or the real data like 51.431...,6.999.. or %POSITION. Sorry about my bad english, hope you can anderstand. i work with 4.0u2m.

I am sorry, I don't understand. Setting up a location profile shouldn't involve having to input a latitude and longitude.

Is this completely unrelated to the OP? If so, you should start a new thread explaining your problem.

I can verify that the map element of a scene has this bug.  When you check "Show Traffic" is shows the satellite view and vice versa.  This has been a bug for a while.
