Latest beta - file modified event not firing

Howdy all

Anyone on the latest beta experience an issue with the file modified event not firing? 

Specifically, I'm watching the default user config in situ.

This task has been working fine in it's current implementation for years but I've just noticed it's no longer triggered, nothing in the run log and the action not firing.

Anyone else using file modified have any observations on the current beta?

After some debugging, it appears to be specific to the tasker backup file: 

E.g.

/storage/emulated/0/Tasker/configs/user/backup.xml
