Hi

Just found this great app - much better than the previous one I used
to manage profiles - tower ID recognition is the only thing missing
but I see it's coming.

Now that I've mastered the basics, I want to switch back to the Home
screen when a phone call ends - this will prevent an inadvertent touch
dialling one of the last numbers called.

Now there is a Phone Off Hook Event (no use as it is an event and so
would trigger as soon as the call was made / answered) and there is
the Incoming Call State (which could be used for incoming calls with
an Exit Task) but it would only work for incoming calls, not outgoing.

So is it possible to have a Call Active State, which on Exit can
trigger a return to Home Screen.

Many thanks

Mark

Incoming Call is going to transmogrify into Call In Progress at some
point.

Does Phone Idle event not work ?

BTW, is there anyway to speed this function up. That app Not Call Log
can select he speed on how fast you "go home" and with Tasker, it kind
of lags.

any idea?

Is it about 5 seconds ?

yeah.. but that is enough to accidentally hit another #in the call log
and face dial. in this scenario, 5 seconds is a long time

it would be cool to adjust the speed to like 1 second so it went right
to the home screen like that other app and then I could ditch that
other app all together :)

Then I'm guessing that the problem is the Android bug here:

Mine is instant.

Sorry, I can't explain why it's faster with another app, maybe because
the
launching is done from a receiver rather than a service.

I think that's not the link you intended to post.
